We had Wastebusters come to visit us this term. It was very interesting. We learnt that most the stuff we put in our rubbish is actually able to be recycled. We thought that we would try and make a difference in our school, by having ZERO WASTE lunch boxes. This means using NO waste at all in our lunch box...And, it saves lots of money too, because our Mums and Dads aren't buying glad wrap ALL the time!!
In this photo, we're showing off our Wastebusters award we won in the first assembly. That means that we were the cleanest classroom in our recycling!! We were so proud!!
